| | St. David's Relief Foundation
is a 501 (C)(3) Nonprofit Corporation that provides tangible
humanitarian aid to the people of Bosnia-Herzegovina,
and assists in reconstruction. The aid is distributed
in areas of need without regard to race, ethnic, national,
or religious persuasion.
Thousands of people remain displaced by the devastating
war in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia.
The victims of this war are – for the most part
– women, children, the elderly, and the physically
and mentally handicapped. They have been removed from
all that is familiar...and have very little.
St. David's Relief Foundation works with the Franciscan
Friars of Bosnia-Herzegovina and recognized Non-Governmental
Organizations (NGOs) from other nations, and assists
local relief agencies. St. David's is multi-denominational
and nonpartisan in its relief, and provides evidence
to the people of Bosnia-Herzegovina that they have neither
been forgotten, nor forsaken.
St. David's Relief Foundation is once again pleased
to announce its Summer Work Camp Program. The 2008
Work Camp will return to rural Croatia and the village
of Plaski.
We wish to invite our friends to help initiate this
